I’m Dr. Omega Wilson, a Leadership Development Coach, Educational Consultant, and keynote speaker with nearly three decades of leadership experience. Since 2002, I’ve dedicated my life to building stronger leaders, stronger teams, and stronger communities because leadership done well transforms everything it touches.
As an Executive Director on the Maxwell Leadership Team and a proud member of ForbesBLK, I bring world-class leadership training with a fresh, real-world perspective.
